Where We Ship

Right now, we only deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. We plan to add more shipping destinations once our store orders stabilize.

Shipping Cost

All orders qualify for free standard shipping. No extra delivery fees apply.

What Counts As Business Days

Business days run Monday through Friday. All public holidays are excluded and may extend your delivery window.

Split Shipments

Larger orders may ship out in multiple separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Customs & Import Duties

Any customs tariffs, taxes or import fees charged by your local authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Important Notes

  1. Florlie is not liable for delivery delays caused by invalid shipping addresses, customs inspections, severe weather, national holidays, natural disasters, or carrier logistical holdups.
  2. If your package arrives 3 or more days after the projected delivery window, please message our support team right away.
  3. Shipping addresses cannot be edited once your order is confirmed. We can only adjust address details before your item ships, so double-check your address carefully at checkout.
  4. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package leaves our facility.

When will my order ship out?

After checkout, all order details go through a verification process that takes 3–5 business days. We may cancel orders with incomplete or conflicting information and email you to fix any issues—please reply promptly if you receive this message. Once verification finishes, we’ll send your tracking number via email.

I never got my tracking email. What do I do?

This almost always happens due to a mistyped email address during checkout. Email our team to update your contact information.

Only part of my order showed up. Did something get lost?

We split bulk orders into multiple shipments to keep items safe. All packages will arrive separately over time. Send us a note if you’re missing items for an extended period.
